Vintage Bluebill decoy. Maker is unknown by me. Possibly NJ or Chincoteague? Has great form! Hollow construction, with rolling BB inside. Tack eyes. Old gunners repaint. Solid decoy with some signs of wood rot on back….gives it personality! Nice old gunner!
